What is Walk-In Hour?
The purpose of the “Walk-In Hour” is to expedite providing care for sick children with an acute or simple illness and to keep your waiting time to a minimum. The exam and treatment will focus on your child’s immediate problem. Please understand that requests for other services during the ‘Walk-In Hour” such as those provided routinely during well baby visits, complete exams, follow-ups or chronic health problems (including immunizations and routine lab tests) are not appropriate use of this time. WALK-IN HOUR IS FROM 8:00 AM TO 8:45 AM, MONDAY THRU FRIDAY. (Except on Holidays)

Please come as early as possible. Coming in later in the hour will result in longer waiting times. Completing the Walk-In form at the receptionist desk will aid in the proper triage of patients.

Emergency Illness
If your child becomes ill or is injured after regular office hours, call the regular office number as listed above. You will then be put in touch with our answering service who will then contact the pediatrician on call.
